Unfortunately we cannot accept Debit Cards due to Australian Law. However,

If you only have a free email account you can join by cash, check or money
order at: http://www.goddesspost.com/cash.html.

Which Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept both Visa and Mastercard.
I didn't receive a GoddessCode from you...
Your GoddessCode should arrive immediately, but please allow up to 10
minutes.
If you haven't received a GoddessCode from us, it means that your email address
was entered incorrectly and you need to reapply.

Why do I have to give you my postal address?
For 2 reasons:
Firstly, it reduces our risk of fraud. When you enter your postal address you
become accountable and will be less likely to attempt credit card fraud.
Secondly, we use it as verification to match it to your credit card address.

Are you going to post/mail anything to my
house?
No. All correspondence is done via email.

I sent you some money, where is my
password?
Please remember we are based in Australia and it can take a few weeks for
your mail to reach us. If it has been 3 weeks + and you have not received your
password, please email support@goddesspost.com
so we can investigate.

It won't accept my GoddessCode / I am
having trouble entering my GoddessCode...
The best way to enter your GoddessCode is to Copy and Paste it, because it
eliminates the possibility of entering it incorrectly.
Double click on your GoddessCode so that it becomes highlighted.
Right-click on your GoddessCode and select COPY. Click on the link in your email
to return to the joining page. Right-click in the box which says "GoddessCode"
and select PASTE.
Your GoddessCode has now been entered correctly.
Now press Enter or click on the button which says "Click here to proceed to
Step 3".
It is possible (but very unlikely) that your GoddessCode has not been issued
correctly. If you follow the above procedure and your code is not accepted, then
please reapply to get a new GoddessCode.

I just joined but it won't let me in!
Please make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. Also
it can be easy to mistake the letter O for the number ZERO (0), or to mistake
the letter L with the number 1. If you still have no luck please email support@goddesspost.com
to request your username and password.

Why isn't my Credit Card being accepted?
Your card may be a debit card, which we do not accept. Please check that
your card is still valid with adequate funds and try it again.
