I want to change my password...
You can do this by emailing support@goddesspost.com with your change password request.

I was sent a password and now it doesn't work...
It can be easy to mistake the letter O for the number ZERO (0), or to mistake the letter L with the number 1. If you still have no luck please email support@goddesspost.com to request your username and password.

I'm not being asked to enter my username and password...
If you click on any members-only thumbnail or link, you should be prompted to enter your username and password.
If you are not prompted, then your security settings may be too high. So, try this:

Open INTERNET EXPLORER
Click on TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS
Click on the SECURITY tab
Click on CUSTOM LEVEL
Scroll to the bottom where it says USER AUTHENTICATION
Click on "Prompt for username and password"
Below this, choose Reset to MEDIUM
Click OK twice.
