I want to renew my account...
Please email support@goddesspost.com with your renewal choice - 1, 3 or 6 months.

Also if your account is still active when we renew your account, you will receive a 20% discount on your renewal!

I do not want to renew my account when it expires...
If your account is due to be automatically re-billed you must contact support@goddesspost.com at least 2 days prior to your renewal date to avoid automatic rebilling.

I want to renew my account. Do I have to sign up again?
No you don't. 5 days before your account is due to expire you will be sent an renewal email. This email will offer you a 20% discount if you renew your account before it expires. You can also email support@goddesspost.com at any time if you wish to renew your account before it expires.

I want to renew with a different credit card...
The safest way to do this is to reapply for membership using our secure server. Note that if you choose this option you must use a different username. Alternatively you can email your new card number and expiry date to support@goddesspost.com and we will renew your account for you. Please remember to include your renewal choice (1, 3 or 6 months).

I want to renew and keep my old username and password...

That's fine. Email support@goddesspost.com with your renewal choice (1, 3 or 6 months) and we will renew your account for you. Your username and password will remain the same.

Yes you can. Please email support@goddespost.com with your old username and password, and renewal choice (1, 3 or 6 months).
